I have been working as the Opinion editor for The Point and LomaBeat.com for the past semester. This semester I focused on localizing national and global events, and bringing nuance into campus conversations. I covered stores about everything from AI in education, to the death of El Mencho, to fitness trends. Take a look at my stories here.
As a journalist, it is vital to be able to make dense data readable and accessible to the general public. In my career I have told multiple stories with the help of dense data broken down into understandable visualizations. Take a look at them here.
